He feels Brazilian; he likes its music, its food and the wonderful Brazilian culture. He feels the same about Mexico. He feels Mexican; he enjoys its music, its food and the fantastic Mexican culture. He feels likewise with regards to United States of America, its music, the formality, the opportunities it offers, regardless of race, skin color, age, and religion. Moreover, he feels part of each of the countries of the rest of the American continent, which he considers his home. After studying the criminality in the countries of Latin America and its history: the pre-Colonial era, during the Colonial era and following Colonial era, the formation of the countries, the First and Second World Wars, and current events until the present, as wall as the factors of poverty, backwardness, underdevelopment, stability, development, in the countries of the American continent. He also followed with studies regarding Europe, Africa and Asia. At 40 years of age, he discovered his mission, and this work is his legacy for America and the World.

This is the book for all the people who were born, and who currently live on the American Continent should have. It does not matter if they live in Europe, in Asia or in Africa. It is especially aimed at young people, because here we have the wonderful, fantastic, and immediate future of freedom: specifically and above all economic freedom, justice and equality. In order to know and have a global concept–as it is said in English «TO HAVE and SEE THE BIG PICTURE»–it is necessary to comment, discuss, and reflect on this matter, whether at home, at the corner kiosk, at the corner store, in factories, at the markets, in schools, in the universities, in the countryside, in the city, in stadiums, in churches, at parties, in prisons, or where ever. Then allow the feeling happiness to invade, because the time has now come to fulfill our manifest destiny.
